Craig County Public Schools will host the following events on Monday, August 7, 2023: PreK / Kindergarten Open house will begin at 10:00 am in the auditorium. McCleary, CCMS, and CCHS will host Open House from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm and the Fall Sports Meeting for grades 6 through 12 will begin at 6:15 pm in the auditorium. We look forward to seeing you there!

Tonight at the Special Called Board Meeting, the Craig County School Board approved to add the 4th Grade position back to the budget for the School Year 2023-2024. Please continue to lobby the Craig County Board of Supervisors for the full funding of our budget.
We have been advised of a road closure at the Sinking Creek Route 42 lookout because of a fire. The road is being closed to the public but CCPS transportation will be allowed through.
